Spring/Summer 2012 is one of the most exciting seasons we can remember. There are so many new looks to try out and have fun with.  We have had an amazing time choosing the new collections for you and even more fun styling them.

So, here is Deryane’s lowdown on the looks of the season and the key pieces for Spring/Summer 2012 – plus an introduction to some amazing New Brands to the Dressing Room, cherry picked just for you!

First up – Colour - the trend that you just cannot escape this season!  Wear Colour on your jeans, with your jeans, clashing, tonal or subdued  - just so long as you wear it!

The New Pastels.  Not quite ready for brights, then this is the trend for you.  Wear the palest of washes for a subtle palette.  Mix up your pastels for a modern take on this look.

Stylists Selection – How to wear Spring now!

Sam shows us how to wear coloured denim and make it relevant for now. Fresh, funky and very on trend!

We know it’s not exactly Spring weather outside yet but the amazing SS12 collections are arriving daily and they are all sooooo stunning we want to wear them right now! Believe us, you don’t need the sunshine to don some of the hottest new pieces on trend for this season. There is an eclectic mix of delicious colours and prints to brighten up even the dullest Winter wardrobe, so ditch those dark colours and opt for something fresh, Colourful and fun! Sam shows us how it’s done (above) opting for these beautifully bold Paige jeans, a super soft leather jacket from Oakwood, White Jacksonville, Mercy delta scarf and Ash Virgin trainers.

Pastel prints look soft and chic teamed with neutrals. Use a highlight colour to accessorise!!

Hannah works a pretty print with the Brand new Red Rose Current/Elliott skinnies,  Rosemunde white tank, a Mint scarf from American Vintage and another one of this seasons gorgeous jackets from Oakwood.  Plus every ones favourite Thelma wedge trainers from Ash.

Weston Scarves – a stunning collection like no other!

They are truely AMAZING!

This incredible brand is the brainchild of Professor Richard Weston, architect first and foremost who turned his genious hands and vision to designing.  We first learned about his beautiful scarves when he appeared on BBC2′s Britain’s Next Big Thing which was presented by Dragon’s Den star Theo Paphitis.

So unique!

Richard spent years dedicating his spare time to studying the intricate detailing of the world’s most exquisite minerals, fossils and stones.  Then scanning and magnifying the images he made, which would later be transferred onto Scarves.

The perfect finishing touch to any outfit

The scarves are printed in Lake Como in Italy by one of the world’s finest digital silk printers. The edges are then hand rolled and sewn.
